When will my payment be applied to my Utility Account?

Your payment will be posted to your utility account on the next business day. Payments made on the due date will be accepted without penalty.

What are eStatements?
eStatements are an electronic version of your mailed statement. The electronic statement is identical to the paper statement and can be viewed, printed or saved right from your computer.

How do I enroll to receive e-Statements?
Visit https://brooklynpark.mysecurebill.com  You will need the myEasyMatch® code from your paper statement and a valid email address to enroll.  After you finish the enrollment process you will receive a validation email and will need to click on the link provided to activate your online account.  If the link is not activated you will continue to receive paper statements.

 

Will I still receive a paper statement?

When you enroll, you will be set up to receive e-statements only. You can change this option through your user profile and choose to receive a paper statement only.

 

When will I receive my eStatement?

Paper statements can take up to days using mail delivery.  With eStatements you can bypass this and receive your statements days earlier.

 

How will I know when my eStatement is ready for viewing?

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing. You can access your statement from any computer by logging into your mysecurebill™ account.

 

Can I have my eStatement notification sent to two different locations?

Your eStatement notification can only be sent to one location, but you can access your account from any computer.

 

How long will my statement remain online?

You can view current and past statements and payments for 36 months.


How do I view my statements after the 36 month period?
You can view current and past e-statements and e-payments for up to 36 months. Paper Statements will not be available.

 

How do I view my monthly statements?

Once you have logged into your account, simply select the statement icon and you will be able to view your statement.

 

Is there a charge for eStatements?

No, eStatements are completely FREE!

 

Is my personal information secure with eStatements?

All of your personal information is password protected and is secured with a 128-bit encryption to ensure your personal information is secure.

How do I opt out of eStatements?

Log into your personal account and update your profile by selecting paper statements only.

 

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?

Adobe Acrobat® Reader ™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement.
